Our work / HomeSphere.AI

Making the technology legible to the people funding it.

HomeSphere.AI had built genuinely hard AI-powered home intelligence. The pitch was landing with engineers and losing everyone else in the room.

The engagement

Where they were

A deep-tech startup with a platform that connected and reasoned across the devices in a home. Technically strong, commercially hard to explain — every conversation started with the architecture instead of the outcome.

What we did

  • Built an investor-ready narrative system: one story, told the same way by every founder in every meeting.

  • Repositioned the platform around the problem it solves for a household rather than the technology underneath it.

  • Designed the pitch suite — deck, supporting materials and data presentation — for a seed audience.

  • Aligned the public-facing brand so the site and the deck reinforced each other.

Why it mattered

Fundraising is a product problem. The narrative is the interface investors use, and like any interface it can be tested and improved. A repeatable story meant the quality of a meeting stopped depending on who happened to be in it.

Results

It never felt like hiring a vendor. It felt like a partner who wanted the outcome as much as we did.
